Jabal al-Rumah (Archers' Hill)

The small hill at Uhud where the Prophet ﷺ placed the archers during the battle (Quran 3:152).

History and Seerah

The historic hillock of Mount Aynayn opposite Mount Uhud. Here the Prophet ﷺ positioned fifty skilled archers under Abdullah ibn Jubayr (RA) with strict orders not to vacate their positions whether the Muslims won or lost, forming the pivotal turning point of the Battle of Uhud.
